Excellent Location, Very good staff.

I have stayed at Lemon Tree maybe more than 20 times. So the staff knows me very well. Mr. Vinod - ASM was very sweet and courteous. He extended excellent support to make my stay comfortable and went out of his way. Thank you to him. Also, Nilesh at the front desk & the housekeeping young boy (Sujay) not sure about his name was sweet and assisted very well. Thanks to the team. Very happy to be back at the property after such a long time. Special thanks to Mr. Vinod. Thanks for the Sandwiches and the juices Vinod. Really appreciate it, you are a star. Congratulations on your success and good to see that you have been promoted and thanks for remembering me even after such a long time.

I have a suggestion, that the property is old now. So they should redo the bathrooms and furniture of the rooms. They could start with a few rooms at a time till they do a complete renovation of the property. The interiors, washrooms, bedrooms, and size of the TV all are outdated now. No one uses tubs in the washrooms nowadays. That was the case maybe 2 decades back. The style has to be redone.

I have stayed in Aurangabad several times, but it is more for foreigners than other hotels.

Staff is very responsive. The room I had reserved was not available on the day, but they arranged another type of room for us. Breakfast was good with non-Indian choices.

Dinner was only Indian food, which I think is hard for foreigners. Recommend eating outside. We used two rooms, one room had brown water coming out of the bath. Facilities are not new.

Modern clean rooms.

Breakfast didn't start until 7am which is a little late for going on trips. I would buy some fruit & give it a miss anyway!

The staff were excellent and took care of our needs. would like to call out the Restaurant staff Santosh and reception staff Navneet (not sure about the name, person who was responsible for my check-out at 7.00am on 23.02.2020) were awesome.

Had to wait for an hour for check-in, though informed in advance about early check-in.

A break from the hustle of Indian day to day. Great pool and service.

I enjoyed the one stop for organizing all our activities. Staff was great and our driver was tops. The room were large and well kept. The outdoor pool area was large.

location was good , hotels ambience and wide open space was like a resort. staff was cheerful & helping.

rooms are a bit expensive as per the city , buffet dinner could be better in term of variety, quality n taste.

Good hotel although overpriced slightly

Rooms were large enough and clean with an excellent view of the large pool. Housekeeping service was prompt and very good. Quiet rooms.

The hotel would not give us even a two hour extension without a charge even for a single room inspite of having booked 4 rooms. The food wasn't of great taste. Very ordinary cooking. It's better to eat out if possible. Overpriced rooms for a place like Aurangabad.

The hotel has start keeping soap, body lotion , shampoo etc in fixed bottle containers in toilets, I appreciate the practice, but please put one more bottle of body wash soap containers in bath area .
